Hayden has been a trainer/coach at YMS for 8 seasons. He currently coaches the YMS 2013 Boys White and Grey teams, and the YMS 2005 Boys Generals.  In addition, he trains the YMS 2009 Boys Galaxy and YMS 2008 Boys Comets.

Hayden studied and played soccer at Holy Ghost Prep and Holy Family University. He played for UGH Majors in past years, along with currently playing for the Philadelphia Spartans in the MASL3 for their indoor season.
