All player registrations for the 2026-27 season will be done through GotSport . The data will be automatically imported from GotSport into Athlete One by the league. All players will also need to have their own email address (different from their parent email) in order to create their Athlete One account.

 

• Upload a clear, passport-style headshot photo (no hats, hoods, sunglasses)

 

• Upload a birth certificate/age documentation (Choose the "US Club Soccer - US Club Soccer - Proof of Birth" document repository in GotSport)

 

• Electronically sign the US Club Soccer Form #R002

 

• Players age 18+ and those who will turn 18 during the season must also complete annual SafeSport Training
  • SafeSport Instructions for Players Age 18+
  • SafeSport Instructions for Players Turning 18 Before the End of the Seasonal Year (July 31st)
  • **Be sure to download a copy of your SafeSport certificate once the course is completed.**

 

Please note it is best to use a computer to complete all of the GotSport requirements (instead of the GotSport mobile site).

When logging into GotSport, you will be in your PARENT account. All requirements must be completed in your child's PLAYER ACCOUNT.  DO NOT CHANGE THE NAME ON YOUR PARENT ACCOUNT TO YOUR CHILD'S NAME!

 

How to access your child's PLAYER account in GotSport:

• Log into https://system.gotsport.com/
• Click on FAMILY
• Click on PLAYER'S NAME
• This should put you in the PLAYER ACCOUNT, where you can complete all of the registration requirements.

 

How to sign US Club Soccer Form #R002 form in GotSport:

• Log into https://system.gotsport.com/
• Click on FAMILY
• Click on PLAYER'S NAME
• Click on DASHBOARD
• Scroll down to the US Club Soccer Form #R002 form
• Click DETAILS to open the form for completion
