YMS EPIC 2019 May 11th-12th
Yardley Makefield Soccer will be hosting their 31st Annual All Girls Soccer Tournament the Eastern Pennsylvania Invitational Classic on May 11th-12th, 2019. As we go into our 31st year we once again honor longtime Tournament Director and YMS coach Bob "Doc" Dougherty. Though Bob is no longer with us, he is still remembered for his dedication to this tournament and to the club over the years. Once again we host this tournament in his memory. The EPIC has grown to be one of the most popular tournaments in the North East and is a Featured Event Gotsoccer Tournament. Levels of play range from Travel to Premier. All 7v7, 9v9 & 11v11 games have a three-person referee system. All teams are guaranteed at least 3 games.
Entry Fees : The entry fee for U9 & U10 (7v7) $550, U11 & U12 (9v9) $695, and for U13 to U19 (11v11) $795

The deadline to apply for the 2019 EPIC Tournament is Friday, April 6th.
For teams who advance to the final rounds of the State Cup finals, all efforts will be made to work around your schedule. If this cannot be done after all efforts are exhausted, the team will receive a full refund, after the approval of the tournament director. We are a player friendly tournament and strive to give all the girls the most competitive play possible, at all levels. Good luck to all the teams!
All games will be played in and around Yardley, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Tournament Headquarters will be at 1000 River Road, Yardley, PA. Fields are located minutes from I-95 at the PA / NJ border.
Sanction: The tournament is approved by the Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer Association and will be played in accordance with FIFA rules. US Youth Soccer Permission to Travel forms are not required for US Club and USYS Region I teams accepted into the EPIC Tournament. The only exception being USYS teams from New Jersey and Connecticut. All USYS Teams located outside of Region I must obtain an approved US Youth Soccer Permission to Travel Form, approved by a duly authorized State or National Association representative, to attend the EPIC Tournament.
Competition: EPIC will offer divisions in U9 to U19. Only club teams will be permitted. No tournament teams will be allowed. GUEST players must be evidenced by proper documentation. Five guest players per team are the maximum allowed. Valid player passes must be shown at the time of registration for all players. Certified athletic trainers will be available at all sites.
Awards: Awards will be given to the champions & finalists in each bracket. Participation awards will be given to all required State Association teams competing in the U9 and U10 age divisions according to our rule guidelines.
