Outside of the youth and high school levels, Hayden has experience competing at the semi-professional level. He recently played semi-professional indoor soccer for the MASL 3 Philadelphia Spartans, continuing to sharpen his skills and bring real-time game experience back into his coaching.
Hayden’s coaching philosophy centers on accountability, effort, and long-term development. He strives to help players not only grow technically and tactically, but also develop the confidence and mental resilience needed to thrive both on and off the field. Known for his clear communication and ability to connect with players, he helps them take ownership of their growth in a positive, structured environment.
As part of his coaching development, Hayden has completed the Celtic FC Academy Mentorship for Coaching, further expanding his toolkit and reinforcing his commitment to education and excellence in youth soccer.
When he’s not on the field, Hayden enjoys watching sports, playing video games, playing golf and spending quality time with his friends and family. A loyal supporter of Liverpool FC, Real Madrid, and the Philadelphia Union, he draws inspiration from the tactics, passion, and spirit of the world’s best teams.
