YMS awards 3 scholarships in the amount of $1,000 each year to deserving players graduating high school and plan to attend college in the United States for the upcoming Fall semester.

Guidelines:

All applicants must be planning to attend a U.S. College or University in the Fall of the upcoming year.

Minimum GPA of 2.8 on a 4.0 scale.

Applicants seeking consideration should complete the application and meet all the guidelines in order to be eligible for consideration.

All fields in applicatiuon must be filled out.

Application deadline is May 1st or each year.

The scholarship committee will review all applications and the winners will be chosen and notified. Scholarships will be given to student-athletes who have demonstrated exceptional involvement and service to the community and in good standing with the YMS organization.

The YMS Merit Scholarship is for graduating high school seniors and members of YMS only.
