Ricky is currently in his 5th season coaching youth soccer. He’s worked with a variety of age groups both on the boys’ and girls’ side and currently with the 2011 Boys Union & the 2005 Boys Highlanders at YMS. In addition, he works very closely alongside John Greaves with the 2010 Boys United.

Ricky’s soccer journey began at age three and growing up he played on travel and school soccer teams, allotting him many opportunities to work and develop with a wealth of coaches, teammates, and opponents. He played varsity for Neshaminy High School his sophomore through senior year while receiving First Team All-Area honors. Ricky’s collegiate soccer career included playing for Lock Haven University, Bucks County Community College, and he finished at Penn State Abington. During his four college seasons he was named 2014 EPAC Player of the Year, was 2nd in the nation in NJCAA for both goals and points, broke the scoring record for most goals at BCCC, and was 2016 First Team All-Conference.

After his playing career, Ricky joined the staff at Penn State Abington as an Assistant Coach and helped lead the program to their first conference championships in school history. By completing a 27-0-1 conference record in his first two years, PSU Abington was crowned the 2017 & 2018 North Eastern Athletic Conference Champions.
