Elliot has been with YMS since 2021 and has trained at multiple levels.

Elliot was born in Oxford, England and played for multiple professional academies growing up in England. He moved to the US in 2013 to play Collegiate Soccer at Division II Georgian Court University in NJ. While there, Elliot was a 3-year captain and Georgian Court won the title of “Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Champion.”

Elliot’s first exposure to coaching was in 2010 during an internship with Arsenal FC working in their "Coaching in the Community '' program as well as working on their summer residential camps. He has worked with the New York Red Bull's within their "Training Programs" department. Elliot has coached at Toms River Football Club and Twin County Soccer Association while working as General Manager of Stainton Sport who was the clubs Soccer Training and Development provider. As a graduate assistant, he was on the Wilkes University women’s soccer coaching staff and a volunteer assistant with the Wilkes University men’s soccer team. He has also worked as an assistant coach for the Georgian Court men’s soccer team.

His coaching qualifications include English Football Associated Level 1 and Level 2 Qualifications, and his USSF National "D" Coaching License. He hopes to start the USSF National "C" Coaching License in 2022. 

Elliot was recognized in 2022 as one of EDPs “30 Promising Young Coaches Under 30.” He is a lifelong Arsenal fan!
